Dining Room Benches

I was asked to make 2 pine benches to go with a dining table. I first glued up 2 panels for the bench tops with dowel joinery to keep everything aligned. After planing, routering and sanding them I began work on the frames. I used pocket holes and dowels for the joinery. I added chamfers to the bottoms of the legs for a more finished look. I also added adjustable plastic feet to the bottom of the legs to adjust the bench to sit level on an uneven floor.
